HOW WE START
Exactly What I Know and Do
12+ years across every layer of the Microsoft ERP stack — from NAV 2009 to the latest BC release. Here's where the experience is deepest.
What Happens in Your Free 45-minute Call
No sales pitch. No generic questions. This is a working session — you leave with a clear picture of what needs doing and what it will take.
Context — you talk, I listen
Tell me what's happening: what system you're on, what's broken or missing, and what a good outcome looks like for you. I won't interrupt. I want the full picture before I say anything.
Diagnosis — I ask the right questions
I'll ask specific technical and operational questions to understand the root cause — not just the symptom. This is where 12 years of hands-on experience shows: I know which questions to ask because I've seen this before.
Honest assessment — what it takes
I'll tell you exactly what I think: what the real problem is, what I'd do to fix it, how long it would realistically take, and — importantly — whether I'm the right person for this or not. If I can't help, I'll say so and point you to someone who can.
Written summary within a few hours
I send a short written summary of what we discussed: the problem, my recommended approach, and next steps. You have something concrete in writing — no chasing, no waiting a week for a proposal.

Why Not Just Hire a Big Consulting Firm?
It's a fair question. Here's the straight answer — what you actually get from each, and when each makes sense.

Independent Expert

Large Consulting Firm

|
|
|---|---|---|
| Who actually does the work | Me, directly — always | Junior consultant assigned to your project |
| Experience level on your project | 12+ years, hands-on | Varies — often 2–4 years |
| Response time for urgent issues | Same day, often same hour | Ticket queue — 24–72 hours typical |
| Context retention over time | I know your system inside out | Staff turnover means starting over |
| Communication overhead | Direct — you talk to the person doing the work | Account manager → project manager → consultant |
| Scope creep & billing surprises | Fixed scope in writing before work starts | Change requests add cost quickly |
| Honest advice on platform fit | I'll tell you if BC isn't right for you | Incentivized to sell their preferred product |
| GCC-specific knowledge | 12+ years in region — ZATCA, FTA, Arabic | Depends heavily on the assigned consultant |
| When they genuinely win | Very large enterprise rollouts (>500 users) that need on-site teams across multiple countries simultaneously | Procurement requirements for named Microsoft partner status |
For SMB and mid-market businesses in the GCC — retail chains, restaurants, distributors, manufacturers — an independent senior consultant almost always delivers faster results, better communication, and lower total cost. The exception is when procurement rules require a named Microsoft partner for governance reasons, or when you genuinely need a 10-person on-site team across multiple countries at once. If that's you, I'll tell you on the call.

Before You Book — Real Answers
The questions people actually ask before hiring. Straight answers, no corporate hedging.
Yes — without hesitation. If you need an NDA before sharing system details or business information, just say so on the discovery call or in your initial message. I'll send one within the hour. I take client confidentiality seriously and have never shared client system details with third parties.
For urgent issues (POS down, integration broken, critical bug), I can often start the same day we agree scope. For project work, I usually have a 1–2 week lead time depending on current engagements. I'll always be honest about my current availability on the discovery call — no false promises about timelines.
Both. Most work is done remotely via Teams or AnyDesk, which is faster and more efficient for technical work. On-site visits across GCC and MENA are available when genuinely needed — go-live cutovers, training sessions, stakeholder workshops. On-site requirements are agreed upfront in the project scope.
I specialize exclusively in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem: Business Central, LS Central, LS Retail, LS One, Dynamics NAV, and connected Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Azure). I do not work on SAP, Oracle, Odoo, ERPNext, or other platforms. If you're on those systems, I'll recommend someone who knows them properly rather than guessing.
Any scope change is discussed and agreed in writing before additional work begins — never billed retroactively. If a discovery during the project reveals something that needs to be addressed outside the original scope, I flag it immediately with a clear explanation and a separate quote. You always decide whether to proceed.
Both — but the engagement model differs. For smaller businesses, quick fixes and project-based work make the most sense. Monthly retainers are better suited for companies with ongoing development and support needs. Business Central itself scales from 5-user SMBs to 500-user mid-market companies. I'll recommend what fits your actual situation, not the most lucrative option.
I can work alongside your existing partner — this is actually common. Sometimes a client's partner handles licensing and basic support while I handle specific technical work (AL development, performance fixes, integrations) that falls outside the partner's capability. I'm not territorial about this. What matters is the right outcome for your system.
I document this in writing immediately. If the root cause turns out to be deeper than the initial assessment, I explain exactly what I found, what it will take to fix it fully, and give you the choice: proceed with the updated scope, stop at the current fix, or take a phased approach. You're never committed to anything you didn't agree to upfront.
