MR ERP Solutions ("we", "us") provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, Dynamics NAV consulting, implementation, troubleshooting, and integration services on a project or retainer basis.
All engagements are governed by a written Scope of Work (SOW) or project agreement agreed upon before work begins. Marketplace packages have a fixed, pre-defined scope. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a change order.
Deliverables are considered accepted if no written objection is raised within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; additional changes are billed separately.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information, ERP configurations, and data exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Custom AL extensions and configurations developed specifically for a client are owned by that client upon full payment. Generic tools, frameworks, and pre-built packages remain the property of MR ERP Solutions.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which an issue arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data loss.
We warrant that delivered work will perform as described in the SOW for 30 days post-delivery. Defects within this period are fixed at no charge. This warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications or third-party changes.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed to date is billed; prepaid amounts for undelivered work are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
